Graduate Academy: Three Minute Thesis Competition

The 3MT® competition will take place on Wednesday, 26 February 2025 from 19:00h at Großer Rosensaal (Fürstengraben 27, 07743 Jena). Next to the first prize that is awarded by a jury, we will also give our audience the chance to award one of the participants a Public's Choice prize.The competition will be held as a live event in front of a Jury and an audience.

We will also have to hold Pre-Finals. They will take place one week before the Final, on Wednesday, 19 February 2025 at 17:00h. If you register to participate, please note that you will need to be available on both days.

3MT® is an internationally renowned competition that is conducted at numerous universities throughout the world. It was invented in 2008 by the University of Queensland, Australia, and since then has been a registered trademark for frequent competitions that follow its idea.
