This JSMC module will cover the origin and content of currently applicable guidelines for good scientific practice of the German Research Foundation and the FSU, with reference to other (inter)national research organizations and learned societies. The content covers data privacy and storage, publication and peer review as well as procedures addressing for suspected misconduct, which will be illustrated with case studies of scientific misconduct.
As a MANDATORY training element of the JSMC curriculum, we are offering two sessions of Good Scientific Practice training on March 1st at 9:00 OR March 4th at 16:00. You can choose which of these two sessions best fits your schedule to attend, you need to attend only one. Please find the zoom links below, there is no need to register beforehand but we will monitor attendance.
This training is intended for all those who have not attended Good Scientific Practice training before, and will take approximately 1 hour.
