Jena Alliance workshop: Intercultural Competence for Doctoral and Postdoctoral Researchers

The goal of the workshop is to help participants become familiar with cultural values, mindset and expectations at work and everyday life in Germany. The participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own culture in comparison to German culture, discuss personal experiences, ask questions and exchange their viewpoints in a safe space. Through the content and exchange in the workshop, participants will receive helpful tools and information for their life in Germany, to reduce misunderstandings and frustrations, so they are more able to reach their personal and professional goals.

The course is limited to 20 participants.
