Goals and Contents of the Workshop

Under the title "Leadership and Mental Health," the workshop creates a space for reflection and development in which participants can refine their understanding and practice of leadership, as well as collaboratively develop concrete action strategies for a health-promoting research environment.

The central guiding question is: "How can effective leadership succeed in a way that allows both leaders and their research groups to stay healthy despite major challenges, while continuing to deliver excellent scientific output?"
