  • Theoretical foundations of NGS sequencing and bacterial genomics
  • Learning hands on the Bioinformatics tools for bacterial genomcis as Assembly and Annotation
  • Hands-on practical sessions using the Galaxy server with real NGS datasets
  • You are welcome to bring your own data!
