Mental Health First Aid

If you are struggling with pressures, emotional distress or any other concerns about your mental health, you can confidentially contact Dr. Jasmin Mertens or JSMC Postdoctoral Researcher Marcus Böhm who are qualified as Mental Health First Aider by the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim.

Mental Health First Aid is a first line of assistance with matters of wellbeing, to determine how you can best be helped in your particular situation. It is not a form of therapy, though assistance with referrals can be provided if you think this is necessary or desirable. All consultations are strictly confidential.
